Meet the Chefs

Chef Marc Forgione
Marc Forgione is the chef/owner of Michelin-starred Restaurant Marc Forgione, American Cut and Lobster Press and co-owner/partner of Khe-Yo. At 31, he won season three of Food Network’s The Next Iron Chef making him the youngest winner in the show’s history.

Chef Phet Schwader
Soulayphet ‘Phet’ Schwader is the owner/chef of Khe-Yo. His culinary career is lined with successful ventures, most recently working alongside Marc where he infuses the Laotian flavors and foods his mother would bring to the table growing up in Kansas into his own menus.
