What is campus dining in the Grubhub app?
Campus dining on Grubhub is a mobile food ordering platform for on-campus restaurants. Grubhub partners with your campus to bring you the ultimate dining experience where you order ahead and pay with your campus card, debit or credit cards. Instead of waiting in long lines at the dining hall or on-campus restaurants, you can order from your phone, skip the line, and pick up your food when notified.
Why is Tapingo becoming Grubhub?
So you can have everything you love about Tapingo on campus AND take advantage of Grubhub’s world class ordering experience for both pickup and delivery.
How do I opt into campus dining in the Grubhub app?
When you create your Grubhub account, you will be prompted to select a campus. If you missed the prompt, select the “My Grubhub” tab, navigate to your account settings, and find “Campus dining”.
When will I no longer be able to use Tapingo?
Tapingo will no longer be available in the coming weeks. We'll be sure to give you plenty of warning before that happens.
Is it available on my campus?
Yes! You can check by going to My Grubhub > Settings > Campus dining and search for your campus. If it does not pop up, then we’re not yet at your campus yet. We’re always adding new campuses, so check back often.
Will all of the restaurants from Tapingo be available on Grubhub?
Yes! If you’re missing a specific restaurant and would like to see it in the app, please contact us.
Will I be able to use my campus card on Grubhub?
Yes, although there may be limitations based on campus policies. Check our in-app FAQ for assistance with adding and using your campus card or consult your university’s campus card office for more information.
What if I have Tapingo Credit on my account?
Make sure you register on Grubhub with the same email address you used for Tapingo. Any remaining Tapingo credit will be transferred to your Grubhub account. As a reminder, Tapingo credit does not apply to fees or tips.
Will my order history be preserved on Grubhub?
Yes! Be sure to use the email address associated with your Tapingo account when you create your Grubhub account.

Where do I pick up my food?
You can pick up your order near the 'Express Pickup' sign. If your order is MIA, be sure to check with the restaurant directly.
