Add $250 of your own funds to extend the promotion
Your questions, answered.
How is this different from the Grubhub-funded $250 promotion?
There is no difference in the promotion for customers. Once your customers have redeemed the Grubhub $250 in promotions, your restaurant has the option of extending this featured promotion by adding your own funding.
By submitting this form, you agree to fund $250 in promotions of $10 off orders of $30+ for May. Terms apply.
How many times can I add additional funding to continue running promotions?
Once you submit the form, Grubhub will activate this promotion on your behalf. When your budget has been hit, we will send you a notification with a link to add additional funds, if you choose.
When will my promotions show up in Grubhub for Restaurants?
Your Grubhub-funded promotions will show up on the GFR promotions page within 1 business day.
Can I run other promotions during this time?
This is independent from any other promotions you’re currently running through Grubhub. You’re welcome to continue to run other promotions at the same time.
Where will customers see this promotion?
It will be highlighted in many different areas of the app and website! Customers will see it when they search on the homepage, on your restaurant’s menu page and in Perks. We will also be sending push notifications and emails that will drive customers to your promotion.
Where will customers see my promotion at checkout?
It will show up as an applied promotion above the subtotal on their confirmation page.
What will my promotion look like in my account?
The $10 promotion value will appear on the corresponding order in Transactions under the “Targeted Promotion” column.
How can I track the performance of my promotion?
If you already have access to the Promotions Tool, you can find redemptions and revenue on the Promotions page in your Grubhub for Restaurants account. Otherwise, you can track redemptions in the Transactions page.
How will promotions and credits appear on statements?
The credit for your Grubhub-funded promotions will appear on your restaurant’s monthly statement for the following month. They will show up under “Account Adjustments” in the summary of the statement.
