*Grubhub+ is an automatically renewing membership service requiring recurring payments. This offer grants a discounted membership rate of $0.99 per month for 6 months (the “Discounted Membership”). Once the discount period ends, Grubhub will automatically charge you each month at the then-current rate (currently $9.99/month) if you select a monthly membership or each year at the then-current rate (currently $90/year) if you select an annual membership plus tax until you cancel. Grubhub may charge any payment method on file for your membership. Grubhub+ Student memberships will not automatically convert into a paid membership. Grubhub+ benefits are only available for use on eligible orders, except as indicated on the Grubhub and Seamless platform(s). $0 delivery fees and lower service fees only apply to standard delivery orders from Grubhub+ eligible merchants that meet the subtotal minimum (before tax, tip, and fees) on the applicable menu page or as otherwise indicated on the Grubhub platform (including Seamless) (the “Subtotal Minimum”). Additional fees, including a service fee, may apply and vary on orders. 5% pickup credit applicable on eligible merchant pickup orders only. 5% pickup credit calculated based on the qualifying order subtotal from eligible merchants only. Credit will appear as a “Grubhub+ Credit” payment method at checkout. Credit is redeemable on eligible future Grubhub pickup and delivery orders only. Credit is not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, expires 90 days after most recent credit is issued, may not be applied toward purchases containing alcohol, and is subject to additional restrictions. Credit cannot be accrued or redeemed on on-campus dining orders. Subject to merchant and delivery availability. Discounted priority delivery (at the rate stated at checkout) only applies when available and selected by the user during checkout on delivery orders from Grubhub+ eligible merchants that meet the applicable Subtotal Minimum. $0 delivery fees on eligible grocery orders apply to eligible orders placed through the “Groceries Powered by Instacart” tab on the Grubhub and Seamless platforms. Grocery order subtotal (before taxes, tip, and fees) must be at least $35, or as provided in the “Groceries Powered by Instacart” experience. Offer covers standard delivery fee only; priority delivery fee not included. Subject to delivery and merchant availability. Lower service fees, discounted priority delivery fees, 5% pickup credit, and donation matching Grubhub+ benefits are not available on orders placed through the “Grocery” powered by Instacart experience.
