Corporate Account Referral Program

To be eligible to receive a Grubhub gift card, recipient referrers must complete the online form to refer a colleague/friend who is eligible (as determined by Grubhub in it’s sole discretion) to create a Grubhub corporate self-service account at [https://lp-stage.grubhub.com/corporate/ss-corporate-client-raf/]. Additionally, (i) the referred colleague/friend must sign up for a new Grubhub corporate self-service account on behalf of their organization and (ii) at least 2 additional users (other than the referred contact) must be added to the corporate self-service account and collectively spend $100 or more on the corporate self-service account within 60 days of creating a corporate self-service account. Gift cards will be sent to eligible recipients’ email addresses within 30 days of all requirements being met. Limit up to 5 referrals at $100 each (total $500). Grubhub gift cards are redeemable via grubhub.com or the Grubhub app on eligible orders in markets where Grubhub is available within the U.S. only. Gift card recipients must have a Grubhub account and must provide a secondary method of payment accepted by Grubhub to complete a purchase. Gift cards may not be redeemable on certain orders or accounts (including certain campus dining accounts). Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, combined with cash, used to purchase other gift cards, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Additional gift card terms and restrictions apply. By submitting a referral, recipient referrers agree that they will act in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies (including the internal policies of recipient referrer and referree’s respective organizations) relating to referrals, this offer and the Grubhub Corporate program. This offer is subject to Grubhub’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and corporate account terms and conditions as well as any laws, rules, regulations, or policies that apply to participants and Grubhub. Grubhub reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the offer, or any part of it, for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, if any fraud or technical failure impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer.
