Why is Grubhub for Work moving to Grubhub?

Grubhub wants to ensure our customers are ordering food delivery to the workplace with the best possible experience. Moving forward, we will be focusing on making Grubhub the one-stop shop whether you’re ordering food delivery at home or at work. It’s important to us that you experience a smooth transition, so if you have any questions or concerns, please email [email protected].

What will happen to my login and password?

You will already have a Grubhub account set up on Grubhub.com with your existing email address. To log into it, go to grubhub.com/login and click “Reset password”. You’ll get an email to set your new password to log in to Grubhub.

How do I order now?

You’ll still be able to order from your favorite local caterers from us, but you’ll find them on grubhub.com/catering instead of work.grubhub.com. If there are caterers you ordered from before that you don’t find on grubhub.com/catering, rest assured we’re still in the process of moving some over and we thank you for the patience.

What will happen to my stored credit cards and order history?

Any credit cards you had stored on your Grubhub for Work account will not be automatically transferred to your Grubhub account. Once you log into your new Grubhub account, please be sure to add your credit card information. Also, the previous order history you had from Grubhub for Work will not get transferred over to Grubhub. However, you will still be able to log into your Grubhub for Work account and access your order history where you can print PDFs of your order receipts as needed.

What will happen to rewards points, gift cards and other existing credits on my account?

Any rewards points, gift cards or other credit you currently have in your account will remain in your Grubhub for Work account and can be applied to future purchases until the transition date for your market. After your market has transitioned to Grubhub, your existing Grubhub for Work rewards points, gift cards or other credits will not be transferred to your Grubhub account. Any unused credits in your account will be forfeited. Please see below for more information on the rewards points and gift cards. What is happening to my rewards points?

We know how important the Grubhub for Work rewards points are to our customers, so we will have a few options for you to use up your remaining points balance consistent with the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Any rewards points you currently have in your account will remain in your Grubhub for Work account and can be applied to future purchases until the transition date for your market, and you’ll have until 12/31/2019 to redeem any amount of points in your account that qualify for a reward at work.grubhub.com/rewards.

You’ll have the option to redeem your remaining points for a gift card from one of your favorite online retailers listed at work.grubhub.com/rewards. A new option you’ll see is a Grubhub gift card, which you’ll be able to spend at Grubhub.com on both regular and catering orders.

What if I do not have enough points for a reward by the time the transition date has passed?

All unused points in your account that do not qualify for a reward on work.grubhub.com/rewards at the transition date will be forfeited. Please refer to the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions for further details.

Can I still use my existing Grubhub for Work gift card(s)?

If you have an existing Grubhub for Work gift card with a balance remaining, email [email protected] with your account and gift code details and we’ll exchange it for a Grubhub gift card for the remaining balance.

Will Catering Concierge be available on Grubhub?

The catering concierge service will not be available on Grubhub at the moment. Stay tuned and we’ll notify you as soon as that does become available again.

I do not want to receive emails from Grubhub. How do I opt out?

We will be sorry to see you go, but if you no longer wish to receive Grubhub emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Grubhub commercial email message. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from Grubhub commercial email messages, we may still email you non-commercial emails related to your account and your transactions on the Grubhub sites.
