Does this cost my business anything?

No, Grubhub is fully funding $250 towards your promotions for the month of May.

How will I receive my $250 in Grubhub-funded promotions?

You will receive credits every day for the transactions from the day before. For example, if customers redeemed five $10 off $30+ offers from your restaurant, you’ll get a credit for $50 the following day.

Adjustments related to these credits will be labeled as “GH Credit” in the Transactions tab of Grubhub for Restaurants.

Any promotions over the $250 will be credited back in transactions.

When will my promotions show up in Grubhub for Restaurants?

Your Grubhub-funded promotions will show up on the GFR promotions reporting page within 1 business day in the summary tab as “Orders over $30 get $10 off”

Can I run other promotions during this time?

This is independent from any other promotions you’re currently running through Grubhub. You’re welcome to continue to run other promotions at the same time.

Where will customers see my Grubhub-funded promotion?

It will be highlighted in many different areas of the app and website! Customers will see it when they search on the homepage, on your restaurant’s menu page and in Perks. We will also be sending push notifications and emails that will drive customers to your Grubhub-funded promotion.

Where will customers see my Grubhub-funded promotion at checkout?

It will show up as an applied promotion above the subtotal on their confirmation page.

What will my Grubhub-funded promotion look like in my account?

The $10 promotion value will appear on the corresponding order in Transactions under the “Targeted Promotion” column, and on the “MINUS Targeted Promotion” line in the transaction details.

How can I track the performance of my Grubhub-funded promotion?

You can find redemptions and revenue from your Grubhub-funded promotions on the Promotions page in your Grubhub for Restaurants account.

How will promotions and credits appear on statements?

The credit for your Grubhub-funded promotions will appear on your restaurant’s monthly statement for the following month. They will show up under “Account Adjustments” in the summary of the statement.
