By selecting a Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour on behalf of the company or organization described in the Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour email (“Company”) and clicking “Opt in,” you certify that you are a duly authorized representative of Company and agree on behalf of Company to participate in the Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour selected. Participation in a Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour is subject to the service agreement between Company and Grubhub, if any, as well as the Grubhub Terms of Use. Without limiting any other Company payment obligations, Company understands and agrees that Company will fund the full cost of amounts due for orders placed by Company users in connection with a Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour, up to Company’s selected budget (if any). Any budgets provided by Company in connection with a Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour will be in addition to existing budgets set by Company. To cancel or modify Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour elections and budgets, please contact your Client Success Manager. Grubhub reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour, including without limitation these Bi-weekly Digital Happy Hour terms and conditions, for any reason with or without notice to Company.
