*Offer valid for select new Grubhub corporate enterprise accounts only, as determined by Grubhub. Must create an enterprise Grubhub corporate account and agree to participate in the promotion by notifying a Grubhub corporate sales representative no later than 9/30/21 to participate (account must be set up by 10/7/21). Up to 300 employees per account may receive a $20 line of credit, which will expire after one (1) week from issue. Corporate accounts and/or employees are responsible for any payment amounts that exceed the $20 per employee limit. Qualifying corporate accounts will receive a Grubhub corporate account statement credit issued within thirty (30) business days after the spend takes place. Eligible corporate accounts may only participate in this offer one time. Offer may be rescinded in the event the participating account fails to pay invoices when due or fails to comply with any Grubhub agreements (as determined by Grubhub in its sole discretion). This offer and participation is subject to any applicable laws, rules, policies, and requirements that may apply. To the extent permitted by law, Grubhub reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this offer, or any part of it, for any reason at any time in its sole discretion with or without notice, including, without limitation, if any fraud or technical failure impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this offer.
