Who pays for a Group Order?
The customer who started the Group Order pays for it.
Can you place a Group Order on the Grubhub/Seamless App?
Currently you cannot place an order on the Grubhub/Seamless app, but we hope to have that functionality soon.
Can you do a shared cart on Grubhub?
Yes, Group Order let’s you share a cart with up to 20 others.
What does Group Order mean?
Group Order allows multiple people to order food together from the same restaurant using a shared link. Then the food is delivered together individually bagged.
Can you customize group orders on Grubhub?
Yes, the host can customize their order and delete guest orders before checking out. But guests can only edit their own order and once they submit it, they no longer have access.
How does Group Order work?
You pick a restaurant and send out a shared link, everyone adds their food to the order. The rest of the group does not need to have a Grubhub/Seamless account. Then you place and pay for the Group Order. Finally, all the food arrives together individually bagged.
